The department has an unusually large and strong postdoc program, with members supported by our own prize Fellowships (the Lyman Spitzer Jr, Henry Norris Russell, Carnegie-Princeton, Princeton/Flatiron, and Future Faculty in the  Physical Sciences Fellowships), by external prize Fellowships (for example, the NHFP or NSF Fellowships), or by grant funding. 

The opportunities for research in the department are very broad, and our postdocs can join a wide variety of research programs, or follow their own ideas. In addition, our postdocs are important full citizens of the department, and have opportunities to teach, mentor students, and participate in outreach programs.  Follow the links on the left to find out more.
